Re: OT: The House of 1001+ Avatars
To David E. Gervais : Thanx so much !!! Excellent beyond hope or expectation.
Think I will run out and grab a couple of Lottery tickets...
I've saved each of them, and bragged profusely to a friend of mine about them. He was a touch curious if you knew about Baltar's aide Lucifer, or the Gold Centurion from the old BSG ???

Re: OT: The House of 1001+ Avatars
To TurinTurambar : First heard that in Australia when I was still in the 'Corps. Wasn't sure at the time if it was a praise or an insult. The guy assured me they weren't fightin' words, and said it was an " old praise" of sorts.
He managed to leave with his teeth intact......

Re: OT: The House of 1001+ Avatars
That sounds a bit like a challenge !
I've got some pix from "Firefly/Serenity" around here somewhere. Maybe I can dig 'em up and see if you can do THAT group

You can use http://photobucket.com/ to host the images then link to them here.
Cheers!
P.S. I tried to send you this same message via a reply to your PM but the PM never went through saying username and password not found. Strange.

Re: OT: The House of 1001+ Avatars
When faced with multiple pics of the same characters, I just choose one of each. It's simpler, and there really is no need for multiples, these are avatars after all.
I'm glad you like them, or was it just the speed of my 'processing' that got you gobsmacked? lol
Cheers!

Re: OT: The House of 1001+ Avatars
I do have to admit your speed IS surprising, but being familiar with those pix I'm really impressed with how they turned out. I think your selection process is dead-bang too, 'cause you certainly captured the " Flavor " of each character perfectly.
