Some good stuff fixed, also some I havent encountered.
Question: Occasionaly in tactical combat when I hit enter and basically lose a turn, sometimes the AI also. Has this been fixed?

I don't know, we'll have to check the list of changes next patch.

I think that the lost turn was related to the leader being destroyed.

Is there any idea when the patch will be available? I am starting a new PBW game, and would like to play with the patch so I can enable Intel in this game. Right now my dilemma is that nobody can send in empire files yet, since I'm not sure if I'll go for 2000 or 3000 racial points. (2000 if no patch => no Intel +> extra points, or 3000 if we get a patch soon).

No idea. However you could start the game with the Nointel Mod on PBW, and then change over to the Stock Version once the patch is released. That's what it's there for.
