Player icon mods

Mainly yes, but I would have to check what was changed in the oobs since the DOS version.

But with SA-10, Hummer, VAB, XA-180, ec, that changes some dozens of oobs.
I'll have to check it all with the latest oob files.

- Correct icons of polish Sokol helicopter family with blades

- Antonov An-2 in every painting

Using drawings of the FMC AIFV found in RP Hunnicutt's Bradley, I developed these icons. They're to the
same scale as the in-game M113 Icon.

Rusian IL-14P version improved icons
