Re: Supply ships and Mining Stations
Back on topic, there's a FAQ on Malfador's home page.
Searching this Forum often helps, if you're good at guessing keywords to narrow the search.
Otherwise, just asking here almost always works.

About Wives:
Heads up, learn from the error of my ways.
Because of SE III, (and related issues) I no longer have a wife. I'm sure this won't happen to you, but just thought I'd mention it.

Re: Supply ships and Mining Stations
Texfire, another supply enhancer-- and a lot less research than the quantum reactor-- is the solar panel. Research Astrophysics, then Stellar Harnessing.

Re: Supply ships and Mining Stations
I came up with design for a supply ship and a repair ship that both use the Cruiser level ship. The Supply ship usually packs around 10 Solar Colectors and the rest is packed with Supply Storage so it can keep a fleet well stocked for long campaigns. I usually use two per fleet 10-15 ships but obviously you can use as many as you want. I also designed a repair vessel with two repair components in it so it can repair damage taken far from home. It really helps out when your fleets are out and about raising cane with your enemies. Plus it cuts down on the back and forth and makes them more independent. I am posting the files for DATA File on the net so feel free to give it a try and let me know what you think.
