Shrine of the Solid Rock? No, wouldn't work for gas giants... maybe gas giant races could get a Shrine of Coalescence but it would be silly to have two identical, interchangeable facilities...
Shrine of Cosmic Fortitude? Sounds more like something that blocks STAR destroyers, or maybe warp points...
Ward of Gravitation? No, sounds more like a MAGICAL planet protector...
