I don't suppose I can get a 3 for 1 deal on nation exclusions for Eriu/Vanheim/Helheim cuz they're all the same nation?

Not technically, but I'll see what I can do since those three are already popular nations...

(Maybe in the future I should allow the winners of the last game to be able to pick their nation in one future random game...)
