Re: Pythium
Strange that you have that picture in the battle of a mage named Xox. Of course it would be impossible for Pythium to have a jotunheim mage.
I wonder if a weird bug exists in the heroes file?

Re: Pythium
I thought you must have charmed him, like you did Bogus. Your battle replay shows a different unit? Shift-I says it is monster number 553.

Re: Pythium
How would I charm a jotunheim unit when we are not near each other and that mage cannot travel?

Re: Pythium
Well, I see the mage in the battle. I don't know what you mean by "it can't travel". It wouldn't have been impossible for Jotun to trade you a mage. He could have either sent it over on a Pocket Ship, or sneaked it overland or underwater.
You had mentioned trying to trade for a mage with Rlyeh in order to be able to cast wish, so I assumed you had done the same thing with Jotun, only in this case you had gotten a mage to access blood.
Do you see a different unit number in the battle? It's a bug for sure if you do.

Re: Pythium
Hmm a pocket ship-i never thought of that. I am having some fun with you. I was offering a puzzle-which has yet to be solved. Though a pocket ship would have been a good method.
It does appear Pythium ended up with a Jotunheim mage named Xox somehow. Maybe it was in the darkest days, and the Jotunheim empire was about to pass into the annals of history, and a bright young Pythium scholar offered to make Xox immortal and let him live on as an influential member of the Pythium society.
Little did we know at the time that the Jotunheim Empire will likely outlast the Pythium Empire. We may have to send an angel over to Jotunheim so if Pythium is no more, it can live on through its herald angel.

Re: Pythium
Well, I'll have to get back in character if it's not a bug, then. But first here's another guess at your puzzle:
unit 1 (Would you risk your god? Or maybe just send a Faery Queen):
Trapeze -> Charm x 5
unit 2:
Teleport -> Astral Shield, Body Eth, Personal Luck, Luck, Vortex of Returning

Peace with Pythium
C'tis has given up all hope of accomplishing anything against Pythium. We managed to deplete what little gem reserves we had, get some nice units of ours killed, and provide some exercise for Pytium's forces.
So, we abandon our futile war against them.

Re: Peace with Pythium
Is the world at peace? It looks as if Oceania is finished. So I am not counting them.

Pangaea is fighting off ruthless shin invaders, so the word is by no means at peace.
