Now that you say it, I notice there is a R'lyeh instead of Procyon's Ulm. But I don't see a R'yleh in the player list.
This is....weird. Did I miss something?

And Map was chosen exclusively because there were no water nations? It looks like someone crashed the party? We may want to restart with R'lyeh and get the other player back in.

Admin, please delete the pretender of R'lyeh.
Procyon, when you see the game accepting pretenders again, please submit yours and post here so we know it was you who submitted the pretender.

Also, turn off any victory points settings, as you can see other players' capitals from turn 1.
