is it possible that someone elses dominion is interfering with kissblades? I mean I know both C'Tis and my own dominion might be overlapping (although in the water areas especially, Rlyehs is winning.) but do the effects overlay a little?

that is weird - a worldwide drop in dominion (though caelum suffered the least)
