The pic is from the cover of Science Fiction MAgazine. (I forget what issue exactly!) All I did was crop, resize and stick it in one of my factory frames.

A "Civilian" one for people who register, but aren't in the game.

And a few generic senators.
At the moment there's only 4, and no active posters with these ranks (the ministers and generals all showed up first )
