I've asked our co-admin melnorjr to give a summary every 5 or so turns (similar to what rdonj did last game) to keep players, alternates, and anyone else interested informed on how things are shaping up for each team. Melnorjr can either do a brief stat summary or a sports/commentator sort of piece.
Looks, like Hinnom and Neifel have gotten an early start muscling their way through indies.

Apologies if I held up the game, I hadn't realised as much just from looking at my emails. Looking at the times, I recieved gandalf's mail while I was out, and I had to collapse in bed getting home for an early lecture yesterday. I did re-send the morning after you sent the message, but I hope gandalf didn't use it - my message for turn 2 told me the file was corrupt.
I have no idea what could have screwed it up. The only thing I can think of is mods, but I had nothing incompatible with NAV running at the time I sent (only BI and the arga dis mod nation).

I'm travelling today and most of tomorrow, so may not get in a punctual turn, but will try.

Grudge, of course I prefer you and everyone else on your team send your turns directly to nav@dom3minions.com but if your Captain has something else in mind or some other system, then follow his orders. I don't care, as long as the turns get in on time.
Algae, we are still getting a corrupted file for TC, Gandalf believes he (Rabbit) is attaching it wrong, he says it is coming through as data text. Can Rabbit use another e-mail client or something. What is going on, Gandalf says he has contacted both you and Rabbit what's the story?

Re: Noobs & Vets: Rise of the AI Menace. EA, BI, Running.
As we move toward the automation of these turns and implementation of quickhost, I've instructed Gandalf that the game should host regardless of corrupted files or missing turns when the regularly scheduled time for hosting has arrived. Provided the affected player recieves an e-mail notification in a timely fashion. Quickhost or fasthost, though requires that all turns be in and in good order.
Algae, I'm sending you Arco's turn via your e-mail. If you do not hear from him shortly, go ahead and complete his turn for him if you can, till you guys iron out the e-mail client issue.
Lets get it together and get moving!!!

Reiterating the above.
DrP, if you require a small delay let us know. Lets try to avoid any delays if we can for at least the first 10 turns. Thanks.

Re: Noobs & Vets: Rise of the AI Menace. EA, BI, Running.
If you can read this post I do not require a delay . However, heads-up to my teamies - I am having trouble posting to the team forum. Possibly this is something about the internet on the bus.
