You would be surprised by what happens when you ask in private. Most alliances are fairly civil and polite when you approach them with a touch of courtesy. By the way, you should be thankful that Beck took your butt chewing as nicely as he did otherwise the WP would be dead by now. Considering he is the leader of an alliance that is 598% the strength of the WP that is.

I don't expect anyone to change the way they act on the forums just because they are talking to someone from another alliance. Say what ya want people will get over it.

Any one interested in joining a new alliance and getting in on the ground floor, now is the time. If your already in an alliance and want to join up that is fine too, just follow your own alliances resignation rules.

Alright I just ran a tech raid against someone, complete success and his alliance is to small and useless to counter-attack, but if theres any problems let me know and I can give you more troops and money than you can shake a stick at to make the problem go away.

Also if theres any shrapnel community members who haven't started Cybernations but are interested let me know and I can walk you through getting a nation setup and a large aid package to get you started.

Edit: Also some of you smaller guys in the WP this alliance I attacked has a bunch of small members that are just begging to be comepletely messed up by you guys so if you've been waiting for an opportunity to attack someone nows your chance.

I was just considering it, but one of my trade partners seems to have dropped. I didn't notice the population drop and also just accidentally spent too much.

Speaking of aid packages, OCS is also offering experienced nation building help and a very generous aid gift to help new members build up. Also we have the protection of more than one nation with nukes.
