Kills thousands of people throughout the world via a massive earthquake. I was wondering what the hell that was.

Re: Let the Ascension War End!
Nah, we are done. All that remains is to choose a winner.
Have we resolved that yet?

Re: Let the Ascension War End!
Well, I am clearly biased but even if I weren't where I am, I'd say just pick a single winner. Personally I hate games that end in ties.

All that remains is for DC to record his success in the annals of the Victorious Nations thread.

I think so, yes. I was busily making the transition from being a desk jockey to self-employed. Still a work in progress (have one foot at the desk and the other at home now) -- but the heavy lifting is done.
I think you are right that a game needs victory condition other than sole survivor ... the game almost unwinnable when it gets done to two people ... kind of like Monopoly.

Re: Let the Ascension War End!
Alright, game over, final vote count:
Spacht: TC
Omni: Pan
IH: TC
Hoo: Either
Gromulos of TC ascends, avenging his prior incarnation the hapless Grom of Urapara. You all will be receiving your 100+ page TC citizenship applications that should take several years to approve.
GG everyone, special thanks to IH for taking over old Mictlan. Hats off to Cleveland for proving a wily foe as usual - thank god for Undead Mastery or TC would have been overrun by manikins years ago.
I am uploading Turn 71 in case anyone wants to review - I always enjoy taking a peek at people's end game turn files.

Re: Let the Ascension War End!
DC, this is your .2h file. I think we need a .trn file in order to look at it. In addition to your password, if you have one.

Re: Let the Ascension War End!
Whoops, just swapped it for the .trn file.
No password needed.
