Re: PBW status
Yes, I cannot connect to it either. This may be an isp problem. I'll let you know when I find out more.

Re: PBW status
Ok, it appears the IP address for my cable connection has been reset. I always knew this was a possibility since I moved to the cable isp since it's not a static ip address, but this is the first time it's happened that I can recall, which seems pretty remarkable.
The new IP address is 69.81.92.216. You should be able to connect to PBW by typing http://69.81.92.216 in your browser. I will get the DNS updated so the pbw.cc domain will be correct, but that may take a day or two.

Re: PBW status
Hrm, actually, that's the same IP it's always been. It hasnt' changed. So there is something else going on here.
You can still reach the site by typing that IP address in your browser though.

Re: PBW status
Until we get this straightened out I have turned off auto processing of turns on the server. The turns will still run if all the players upload their .plr files, and can be forces to run by the game owner at any time like always, but they won't run automatically at turn timeout.
Also, I am not 100% sure whether the email functions are working. So if you are a game owner trying to contact your players, don't count on news emails reaching everybody. You probably need to send out emails manually to each of your players.
A bear, I know. Sorry.

Guess I should have checked here first before I asked Parabolize if he was getting KotH turns by mail.

Re: PBW status
It looks like the email functions are all working ok now. I sucsessfully tested news messages in a couple games, and verified that the the server is sending out new turns and receiving .plr files by email and processing them.
I have not turned auto processing back on yet though. I'll probably wait till tommorow sometim just to make sure everybody knows the site is back up. Some people don't visit here and they may have just thought the server was completely down the whole time.
