Rules & Regulations
Rules & Regulations
You won’t sign any NDA; your word of honor is sufficient for me (and the rest of the group).
You may quit or leave the project at any given time, but you may not use any knowledge, info or documentation from this workgroup without permission from this workgroup (the objection of even one of its members is sufficient to deny you use of the knowledge)
You don’t have any obligation to work, if you don’t feel like doing so. The size, type and time of your work are something that only you will determine. Your real life is your first priority and then you may try and enjoy this project, otherwise it is not worth the time and effort you spent on it. Do it only if you really enjoy doing it.
In this group there are a lot of experts and professional in many expertise. This does not mean anything; if you feel like a STAR then you should leave immediately. Everyone in this group is EQUAL and has the same privileges and rights under the Sun.
Most of the decisions will be taken under democratic process (voting)
Voting will be secret or open (if requested by the 51%)
New members need 75% acceptance. For security issues I may deny the entrance of a new member.
In case of security violation the group will have an opinion on the security issue, but I will make the final decision.
All the work of this workgroup belongs to all people involved to its creation. A map or scenario belongs to the creator of it, if it is a joint effort belongs equally to its creators. Inside the group everyone may share info and knowledge but outside the group everyone will keep the copyright of his personal work.
Any project, made by joint efforts by the group will be property of all members.
You may work with other members of the group on personal projects inside or outside of the group, BUT you may not use knowledge from the group until the release of its first project (Vietnam Campaign)
You may not participate in projects (campaigns) with third party groups or individuals outside the members of this group, until the end of the Campaign project.
You may work alone on personal projects but if they contain elements and knowledge that derives from the work of this group you should wait to release your project after the release of campaign project.
You may participate or leave from any or all the specialized workgroups at your discretion.
Respect the other members but above all respect the work of the group. We all are going to learn a lot of useful things inside this group.
The developers of WinSPMBT and/or the admins of Shrapnel may observe our work.
You may work on other activities like Tournaments etc, without any restrictions.
If you have already started a campaign project then you may finish it as long as you respect and don't use on it the knowledge/concept of the Vietnam campaign. In any case you must notify me and the members of the group for your ongoing project at the kick off meeting.
New rules may be added at any moment without notice.
