Bug in bombardament menu.

SPMortar "Nona" (USSR) - HE round = 0.4
(Waited 1 turn).
Has tried to switch HE round on Bomblets (the button with three points).
0.4 has changed on 0.1!!!
Shooting was not cancelled.

Bug Confirmed. On the to-do list ( the real bug is being able to switch from HE to cluster after targeting with the shots " in the air ")
