Take from the 2008-2009 (latest so far) edition of "Defence Bible" released (in greek) by DefenceNetMedia. There is no online version of the Bible that I am aware of. The URL of the company is

I will not post about items "planned to be bought" for obvious reasons. Where there are specific details about upgrades of systems I will translate and make clear.

MILAN: 400: Of which 280 MILAN and 120 MILAN 2. 180 of which have MIRA (MILAN infra-red Attachments). On 147 are being installed thermal image optics MILIS (Milan Lightweight Infrared System) produced in Greece by Theon Sensors under licence by the french Sagem.
Fagot (AT-4): 262: Three versions, 9P-135, 9P-135M and 9P-135M1. Installed on 4x4 MB-240GD. The installment of same number of night vision aiming-observation, 14.5m euro cost, is included in the 2006-2010 budget.
RPG-18: 18706: 64mm, plans of gradual replacement.
M72A2 LAW: 10841: 66mm, plans of gradual replacement.
ACL-89 STRIM: used exclusively by special forces units.
