1.78 + TDM 3.20 ->first impressions

Ok,

Upgrading 1.67 to 1.78 and TDM 3.11 to 3.20.
Old games work ok.
So far no RCE nor Conflicts
The minefields finaly destroy drones
The new expanded formations work and in strategic the efect is BIG !!!
