Default Refresh rate problem

The game seems to force my display into 60 Hz, at any resolution, when in fullsceen mode. This is too low and unbearable for my eyes. I am currently playing only in windowed mode to get a decent refresh rate.

I would like to know if anyone is actually running the game at more than 60 Hz or if it's a limitation of the game.

Depending on your Video Card settings and other aspects, you can adjust the Hz based on the application or your Desktop.

I run mine at 100 Hz.

.. unless the driver doesn't let you set the refresh rate for OpenGL apps seperatly, as it is the case with my Ge2Ti .. I could do that for DX apps, but not for openGl, no. And DOM2 does not set the refresh rate for itself ...

I'm using NVRefreshTool with mixed results .. sometimes it works, sometimes not.

But I found running in windowed mode with high resolution (nearly equal to the desktop) suits me bests - I could switch to other apps (ZIP for backing up turns, notepad etc. .. ) easily without running into the "swapped graphics" bug.

Unless watching mega battles, the speed hit isn't that noticable ...
