bug alert: disappearing cargo bay

There are some cases--particularly, picking up the Calatian Emissary while both the Ship and Cargo panels are open--where the ship-and-cargo display has to scroll down, hiding the top of the ship display (and the cargo and ship icons at the top). If, while it's scrolled down like this, I close the Cargo panel, it becomes impossible to scroll back up, no matter how much I mouse over what's available of the ship display. Thus, I can't get to the buttons that would let me re-display the cargo bay or switch between ships. (Hey, that rhymes.) This problem fixes itself if I get into combat, but it's still a major handicap, and it actually makes the game unplayable if there's an item stuck to the mouse while I close the cargo bay--because I'm not even allowed to go to other stars in that case.

We covered it at the ISF forums, but for anyone else who encounters this just remember that you can toggle the cargo hold window with the 'C' key.
