Please note that this patch finally addresses the following longstanding bugs:

• retreat during assassination
• destroyed local enchantments sometimes still displayed
• retreating unto land for aquatic creatures with an Amulet of the Fish

Yeah, I just lost a retreating commander. My priest probably would have lost to the 23-attack 20-defense dual-firesword Abysian prophet-slayer, but you never know! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

There's some nice new modding commands in there too, and the updated mod manual should be available soon as well.
