Always different shpset?
 

When i load the game there is one race that use different shipset and always use other... It sux realy when it is with Piundon shipset and when you load next turn it is with Xiati shipset? where is the problem and how to fix it? I have downloaded the shipset witch the player used... placed it in Pictures/Races dir.... http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/shock.gif

What you are describing is the classic indication that you don't have the shipset for that player installed. When you don't have the shipset for player x in game y, the computer chooses a random shipset each turn.

However, you say that you DO have the shipset in /pictures/race. The only other thing I can think of is that maybe you have the PBW/PBEM game files in a mod folder AND you have a SE4/modfolder/pictures/race folder AND you put player x's shipset into the _default_ SE4/pictures/race folder. This would cause the changing shipset you have, even though you installed the shipset.

Another thing to check: make sure that the name of the folder matches the name used in the ship images. e.g. if the Example Empire's ship images are named Example1_portrait_battlecruiser.bmp , etc., the folder should be named Example1 , not Example .
