Always different shpset?

When i load the game there is one race that use different shipset and always use other... It sux realy when it is with Piundon shipset and when you load next turn it is with Xiati shipset? where is the problem and how to fix it? I have downloaded the shipset witch the player used... placed it in Pictures/Races dir....
