As a follow up, do the same factors that affect Ermor's freespawn apply to R'yleh?
That is, is the formula something like: dom strength - troop quantity, castle - troop quality? Do temples have...

Managing your chaff as LA R\'yleh
I think I've got a good handle on how Ermor deals with its hordes of freespawned troops, but playing as R'yleh in SP it seems it's far more of a pain.
With Ermor you've got freespawned mound kings...
