I've only had infranview, MSPaint, and Paint.net to edit icons and lbms.

I fooled around w/ LBMs a few...

Thanks for the info on 1-3. As for 4, no worries. Helps the AI and punishes lazy commanders. A broken mouse button is just another random breakdown of CoC...
