I'll go ahead and post them shortly. I did make a couple of tweaks.
1) No pesky tiny moons. Or moons at all.
2) Removed Black Holes from all quadrants due to AI deficiencies.

I'd been wondering how the ranges worked. I thought that if you have a destroyer, fer instance, with CSM and Mesons, that it would fire the missiles, move in for meson fire and dart back out to fire...

I've made a simple mod to reduce planets per system to 4 or 5 for the standard solar systems, and 1 to 3 for binaries and trinaries. This has made each planet that much more valuable and the AI seems...
