I think I found the issue. I somehow ended up with a faulty/incomplete patch. Downloaded the correct one from the main page.

OOB Issue.
I'm thinking this would belong here, as it has to do with the OOB part of the SPMBT.
I'm not sure exactly what's going on, but I seem to be missing icons for certain units(for example, the BM-21...
