Ok, so I finally managed to get the folder deleted (had to delete the image files 10 or so at a time). Now however after redownloading the Image Mod (specifically the planets part), it now states...

Image Mod Wrecked My SEIV Folder
So I just downloaded an installed the Image Mod for SEIV an low an behold..... my game no longer works. Tried to uninstall an reinstall, except now i can't get rid of the Pictures folder. Apparently...
