I started a game under 1.35 and TDM-Mod 1.71, upgraded to 1.41 and TDM-Mod 1.72 and have no problems. I still look forward to the next mod hopefully with even better AI.

It may have corrected the fighter stack problem, but I still can't figure out how to divide fighters into Groups in Strategic mode. All the fighters launched from a carrier or planet still go in one...
