I had 3 ships in my fleet i forgot which race i meet but they declared war on my after 2 turns then i demanded them to surrender to see what they would say they did they had 30 more ships then i did...

Yes in theory its is well i watch star trek and read the books i dont remember where i read this in but each series brings the warp dimintions differently like warp 9 in TNG is faster then the warp 9...

I just got the game yesterday and i got to about 3 year of the game and meet a race things seemed good but everytime now i colonize a planet they go and destroy it i added ships and they bring more...
