I noticed this problem in the two After Infamy scenarios (not in the standard game) as the US player. I got to JUL 44 and still no US AMPHIB Grp. I had a tremendous surface force but unable to...

No Amphib Grps For Us
I have played two games as US (after infamy scenario) and no amphib groups avail in reinforcement (one game went well into 1944 w/o US ability to perform invasions).
