It's a fresh install with only the TDM modpack added at the moment, though the Path.txt does not point to it at the moment the behavior is the same if it does or not.

I recently installed SEIV onto a Windows XP machine and much to my suprise it hangs at "Loading...", anywhere between 4% and 8%. I did a search and found a previous thread that mentioned problems...
