As for the race culture, the borg are very, very aggressive and as for the SE4 race styles, i would personally choose berzerkers, since that most accuratly fullfills the gap between SE4 and star...

I have started many games, but really not have ever completed one game. I have started many and after 200 to 300 turns i start a new one, and each time i do that i get so much better at the game. ...
