Deleted all my WinSPWW2 files (and WinSPMBT for good measure) and reinstalled outside of the programs folder. Applied patch 5, 6, 7.11, and now everything is working fine.

I installed everything in the following order
The base game CD version
Patches 1,2,4,5,6 when they where released
Then the 7.11 patch (I was under the impression that it had replaced the...
