Yes, in Windows 7, on my computer, winSPMBT worked in full screen.

Nevermind it works in windowed mode, but not full screen.

I installed Windows 10 over my old Windows 7. So far the only program not working is winSPMBT. I have upgraded to the most recent version of winSPMBT. It fails to open under Windows 10.
