I actually emailed them a few months ago asking about getting both the disc and download. I was told that their contracts with the developer don't allow that. I suggested they re-do their contracts...

I have played Red Dragon but I consider it more of an RTS than a serious sim. It is more "sim" than most RTS games but not any where close to Steel Panthers.
