I've never been able to make peace with anyone after war is declared. Dosent matter what race it is. I assume they can make treaties due to having been in a trade pact with them earlier.

Waypoint graphic...
Where is the waypoint graphic overlay located? Ive looked all over but can find it? Want to get rid of the boarder but keep the number.

I have always gone the 11 construction ship route for ringworlds anyway... Be sure to hold the production on the plate and cable bases when they are one turn from completion so that you dont have to...

Is there any way to end a war aside from completely eliminating you opponent? Ive tried offering various low level treties to no avail. Kind of irks me as we are both at war with a third party and...
