Does Multiplex Tracking work for bases (1.49)

Can a base hit 5 targets in one battle round if properly equiped?
Is there a way for it to hit more then that?
Is there a difference between 1.49 and 1.67?

How does the AI determine your score?

In a game where scores are not available to other players how does the AI detemine the score ratio for purpose of diplomacy?
Does it make an estimate by what it can see, or does it "cheat" and use...

I think bases should behave like big satellites in regard to supplies. I.e. neither produce nor consume them.

IMO the spirit of the game is that Supply Depots and Quantum reactors generate unlimited supplies, solar collectors and emergency supply pods generate limited supplies and that's it. Any other way to...
