Actually, i tried it myself.
just change
#flag "\alchera\flag.tga"
into
#flag "./alchera/flag.tga"
and problem solved!

i used the console.

Hi,
I've been trying for some time now but this mod always crashes DOM3.
All goes well until the point where I have to chose the Era. When I try to select a nation, the game crashes. No other mods...
