Ah thanks for that Dave, the Manual directory isn't installed, but is part of the distribution inside the ZIP file you download.

I'm in a similar situation with The Star and the Crescent and The Falklands War - I've installed them on my Win7 box and I can't find any PDF manuals, just the Tutorial HTML files and the general ATF...
