Well I can't seem to connect to any host and none of my friends can connect to me.. Has anyone even tried to play TCP/IP game yet?? If so could ya lend us a hand. Thanks

Could someone tell me how to construct other facils on other planets in other systems. I cannot seem to do it. After I have colonized the planet with on of my ships I still cannot construct anything...
