ya, the trick is to make sure you are hiding behind an OPAQUE storm. In the definition it will say 'this storm appears opaque to most scanners' or something like that.

Okay I keep hearing planetary napalm. I also will but the napalm on smaller ships as apparently they are not targeted first.

My bad, I thought you meant that ALL ships in the system would not be shown not the SECTOR. My fault,, I got all excited there.

Here is another question along the same lines;

If I send a fleet to a planet that has an enemy fleet in orbit, I set the fleet to
'do not attack planet' will the planetary WP's participate in...
