I think I've partially figured out what happened. While I was at work, my wife ran Norton, cleaned up the HD, defrag, etc. I hadn't been aware of it. When I came home, I uninstalled, reinstalled,...

No, no sounds or music. Keyboard has no effect. When I get the task list, it is always shown as not responding. Can't even alt-tab back to desktop. I even left it alone for about 15 minutes, but...

I run it, get the "Loading" message, and then black screen and lockup. Sometimes I can ctrl-alt-delete and end task, but that sets my resolution to low. When I try to reset it from screen...
