WP's are always "stacked", including their systems, no matter what. So you really have one planet, with several missile launchers, and several (redundant) multiplex...

I think you all miss the point of "cheats" in commercial games:

Games have to be tested before they are shipped. You have a QA-department to do that, BUT they are not playing the same game over...
