Hi, I noticed that you are running a SBLive with Windows XP. Are the drivers the ones ones from when you run Windows Update in XP, or are they the latest that you download from the Creative SB Live...

Keep in mind that if you lose the connection and try again, you will not be able to download the file until you contact support and they reset your download counter.

Downloaded fine for me this time. I orginally was using Netscape 7, and it wanted to download the cgi file when clicking on the link , Once support reset the counter, I used IE, and it downloaded...

They reset the counter for my (thank you by the way ) but I am at work now, so I won't be able to try again till about 3am this morning.

Anyone here used the Customer Support for Shapnel, and if so what is their usual turn-around time. I am pretty patient, but just curious, as I really want to download the game..
