You can delay the closing of a warp point however there are a few things that must be.

1) The warp point must be created.
2) The ship to close the warp point must be at that WP.

Gee... Give the man a break, he might have had a late night. He does a great job keeping the server up and running 24/7, especially since he does not profit from running the system for our benifit. ...

Yep. PWB server appears down, tried using the IP number and it failed as well.

So a troopship can go at a planet that is defended with WP. Inorder to do this does the Troop carrier's default Stragety have to be set to "point blank"?
