upload empire at PBW?

can anyone tell me how to upload an empire to pbw? The faq tells me to select the appropriate icon while viewing the game's info but there is no icon for uploading the file. Any help?

ah ok

well i just saw a fleet of 2 ships coming for me http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/tongue.gif , but also noticed another race working with them that had 3 ships in a line!

I'm using SEIV Gold with latest patch. I have not even seen an enemy fleet much less been attacked by one

Love the game, ONE complaint/question though.

I am currently fighting a war between 2 other computer controlled races. I notice that anytime I'm attacked, be it one of my fighters, or the planet...
