Ok, rerunning a test, because I only looked at the planet information screen. Now it seems that the "bug" is only a display problem. The line where it says "Resource Production" never changes...

System Facilities - bugged?
I'm referring specifically to the system-wide facilities that provide resources to the empire (System Robotoid Facility for example).
I am experiencing what appears to be a nasty bug in that these...
