The error is in Xiati_AI-DesignCreation.txt.

You can search for "troop transports". When you're there, go six lines down to

Num Must Have At Least 1 Ability := 1

An old problem that was said to be fixed still occurs in my current game:

Year 2436,5, and all my opponents still stick with Ion Engine 3!

typo in 1.30

There is an exclamation mark in the design creation file for the Xiati that will create an error. Just search the section dealing with troop transports and you will see it in one of the lines.

The easiest way is to demand their surrender. They will surrender if you have 300% or more of their points. Hope this will be changed in later patches.

No, I've never seen Neutrals blowing their own system up, but if they're stupid enough to build open-warp-ships that make work easier for their enemies, you cannot know for sure. Would be a cool act...

I destroyed a destroyer of the Texrak (Neutrals!) with an open-warp-component! Looking at their system, they had obviously opened a warp point although they never leave their system!

After I had destroyed a ship of the Texrak, I realized to my confusion that it had an open warp component on it!

As they don't leave their system, it's not too clever to open still more warp...

Yeah, you're right. The Ukra-Tal have started researching ECM, and the Cue Cappa in my current game are simply too small (only have one system).
