I'm sure this has been covered but I've played Dom 1 a bit off and on over the Last few years but plan on buying Dom 2 and want to really get into it.

My question is:

Can I do a lot of reading...

I think my generation (I'm 40) is different from the past as far as game playing.

We grew up with child's games (Monopoly, Life) but also we were at the beginning of the computer revolution.

The price for the game is fine. Most people who got into Dominions became diehard and spent hours playing and studying the game. It's a small developer...I buy many games from them to help out...
